Such an amazingly capitivating prose, sparked a lot of thoughts on "ethics", the concept of rememory, and I simply adore Denver. "You your best thing Sethe. You are." LIKE WHATTTTTT

Absolutely stunning writing, the progression of the Man's relationship with the boy was so beautiful. “If he is not the Word of God, then God never spoke.” AHHHHH

I had to self reflect a lot because I saw so much of myself in Gregor. Out of everything, still he continues to foster the capitalist mindset, in the midst of his transformation, his families hatred and neglect, and his sorrow his main concern: How am I going to work today? Thought provoking. wow gregor.

Perhaps it's nostalgia, I read it in middle school and despite my confusion and keeping track of all of the names and soccial heiarchy. I was enamoured with the longing between Elizabeth and Mr.Darcy. I adore Austens long sentences, perhaps because I have a tendency to ramble. Elizabeth and Mr.Darcy's conversations and interactions transported me into the books. Or perhaps, I was just a lonly middle schooler.

To my core, I am an adventure fein. There is so much to be said about such an epic, so many new things I learn with different translations and every reread. Beautiful.

Again, a childhood favorite. The book that kick started my love for greek mythology and fantasy.

No words — just read it please. 100/5 stars.

Changed the way I think about platonic love and friendship heartbreakingly beautiful.

I have SO much love for this prose, maybe because I've visited Eatonville so many times, maybe because I too wore a headscarf that eventually came off. Janie will forever have a place in my heart. Provoked a lot of thought about freedom of expression, identity, and individuality as an African American woman that I think holds up to this day.

Reading this while I was angsty in High School did so much to me, something about the way Gatsby strived so much to assimilate and pretend to be old money when he was forever doomed to have the stigma of being new money. DO not get me started on the role of women in this book, oh my god. Is the American Dream ever achievable or will that green light forever be shining in the distance. Maybe I will always be green with envy.

The creature's loneliness and rejection changed how I view perspective in literature. It made me rethink what it means to be human — heartbreaking and profound.
